“This product is superior to any other pruner I have seen. It is very easy to use, and the mechanical advantage makes lopping limbs like cutting butter. The rotating cutting head is very convenient, as are the two pull handles for cutting.
Beware the shipping if you order online. This product is very long (over seven feet) even when collapsed. The shipping carton used is flimsy. The first one to arrive had several shattered parts. The replacement arrived bent in two. I had to swap parts between the two units to make a whole one. That seemed more practical than asking for a third shipment. But it was definitely worth it to wind up with such a great pruner.”

“This is the 3rd or fourth tree pruner I've owned, and I'd never get any other. I have previously used and wore out a gas-powered and an electric drive chain pruner. This Corona is batter than all of them. The extra length of the pole is critical. With this pruner I can reach all the tree limbs I used to get from standing at the top of a ladder and then using a pole pruner. The blade is incredibly sharp. It cuts straight through branches that my power pruners used to wheeze and struggle with. Using this Corona is also faster than any other pruner I've had. I think that's also a result of the sharpness. The chain pull-mechanism (as opposed to a rope and pulley) works beautifully. I expect that's another component in why this is easier and faster to use. Once in a while, the chain loops around itself and jams, but that's rare, and is probably a result of the way I manipulate the pruner around branches. I am a VERY heavy and high volume user of pruners. I wear them out, or they fall apart, or their motors burn out. But not this one! There's no sign of wear and tear. I recommend this tool to anyone who is serious about trimming and pruning their own trees.”

“I have a lot of queen palms that need pruning regularly. But did not want the hassle of power cords, or gas engine maintenance . In order to get the job done easily I bought this pole pruner and saw. It is well made and sturdy. I find it cuts the smaller branches extremely easy and quick using the cutter with the rope. I use the saw on the palm fronds and the saw has teeth on it that are sharp and cuts quickly. The extension pole has a lever lock which is great because it is fast and easy to use. So far i have not found any problems with this tool at all. I highly recommend it.”
